Hi there. My name is Jennifer Elaine Walls. You can just call me Elaine though. I am proud to be a Texas Realtor and a native Houstonian. I was born and raised in this great city. This gave me an appreciation for its diversity and culture. In 2011 I received my MBA from the University of Houston Clear-Lake. Since then, I have worked in the legal field as a legal assistant and paralegal. In 2022 though I decided I wanted a more personal, positive, and fulfilling career. Bobby is most proud of being a co-founder of The Periwinkle Foundation, which provides children with cancer the opportunity to experience summer camp. He served as president of Musicfest (HSPVA Friends), which raises scholarships for the graduating seniors of the High School for Performing and Visual Arts.

Victoria Co-listed and sold the most expensive home in River Oaks in 2011- and did it in four days. "I don't just wait for a listing to sell," she says. "Over the years, I have developed a strong ability to assess a property's value and I have and excellent history of attaining at or above list price for my listings. I create a customized marketing plan for each listing to maximize market exposure. I know what it takes to get it sold with minimal days on the market; after 20 years in the business, you pretty much get it down. The key is building trust. She is an advocate for her clients in every way and loves what she does. Growing up in Tanglewood, Victoria has extensive knowledge of the market both inside and outside the 610 Loop, and is a market expert in Tanglewood, River Oaks, Memorial, Southampton and West University area where she has lived for the past 20 years.

Victoria graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BS in Communications and is a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She has served as a member of the Junior League of Houston, and has been a CCE teacher at her church, St. Vincent de Paul, preparing children for their first communion. She is a member of the Briar Club where she has served on their Youth Committee, has been an active supporter of West U Little League and Challenger Baseball. Victoria's present volunteer commitments include St. Thomas High School where her two sons attend, and Presbyterian School where her daughter attends. She is married to Jarrett Minton, a principal with M-M Properties and lives in the heart of West University Place.

Victoria's hobbies and interests include cooking, yoga, and exercise to maintain balance in her life.
