Steve specializes in the areas of River Oaks, Memorial, Tanglewood, Briargrove, West University, Katy and Fulshear. He has a depth of experience in single-family home sales, both resale and new construction, land, investment properties and mid to hi-rise condominiums.

One would have to look very long and hard to find a more eager, energetic, and hard working Realtor than Jason Bisotooni. Jason knew from a very young age that being a Realtor was his dream.

“As a kid, my parents attended open houses and toured model homes as a hobby, and they took me with them. I knew from the moment I stepped inside my first open house that I wanted to be a real estate agent.”

In fact, Jason began attending real estate school at night during his senior year of high school because he wanted to become a Realtor as soon as possible and didn’t want to waste time in reaching that goal.

It seems totally fitting, then, that Jason joined and was recently named to the Advisory Board of NRG, or NextGen Realtor Group, formed by the Houston Association of Realtors to develop young real estate professionals through association involvement, career advancement and commitment to the community. Jason is also a member of the Houston Young Professionals Society. Clearly he is on a very successful career path.

In addition to his very obvious enthusiasm for his chosen career, one of the first things potential clients will recognize is his eagerness to make sure their wants and needs are being met. Clichés aside, Jason is a true “people person” who strives hard to make his clients happy and whose very self-satisfaction rests in reaching that goal. Driven, sensitive, caring, and knowledgeable with strong negotiating skills, he won’t stop until his clients are 100% satisfied.

A native Houstonian, who grew up in Bellaire, Jason is a self-described “expert” as pertains to the Inner Loop Houston market and gives particular focus to the Rice Military, Montrose, and Heights areas. But he assures potential buyers and sellers that he loves all types of business, wherever in the greater Houston area that leads him, and he always enjoys a challenge.

Highly influenced by his loving family, Jason is very family oriented and cherishes any and all time spent with family members. In fact, it was his mother’s involvement with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo that led to his own volunteer activities with HLS&R where he loves helping young kids earn scholarships.

While rodeo season is his favorite time of the year and makes him especially proud of his hometown, when rodeo is over, his boundless energies turn to outdoor activities like jet skiing, camping, running, and the beach – a particular passion.

After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in History and a minor in Secondary Education, I spent a handful of years on visual merchandising, sales, and marketing teams in fashion, furniture, creative advertising, and commercial real estate brokerage respectively. My specialties include marketing properties and portfolios for lease and sale, representing tenants and landlords in their contract negotiations, acquisitions of new locations for business owners and assisting investors looking to add to their commercial real estate holdings. The changing economic landscape lead to my landing at HomeSmart and I enjoy being a commercial asset to the brokerage while expanding my residential real estate expertise.
