Wesley has been in the Real Estate business as an agent and investor for nearly a decade, while at the same time working in the energy business. This has given him a unique prospective on the Houston real estate market. The professionalism he has gained from working in the energy business has helped him relate to buyers and sellers with similar backgrounds while taking into consideration all facets of their busy schedules. Wesley has bought and sold properties all over the city and has helped everyone from first time home buyers to experienced investors. As a result, he has gained valuable knowledge allowing transactions to flow as smoothly as possible.

Wesley grew up in Katy and attended Texas A&M University, majoring in Finance. When not working, Wesley loves watching college football and traveling. Some of his most recent trips include Brazil, Singapore, Italy and Australia.

Because KINDI SCARTACCINI'S family moved numerous times, she jokingly says that her background in real estate began when she was six months old. Having lived in New Mexico, Michigan, Mexico City, Houston and Austin (where she earned a degree in design from the University of Texas) before returning to Houston, she's had many homes. Consequently, she empathizes with clients who find the experience of buying or selling a home an emotional one, and dedicates herself to helping them make the transition as smooth as possible.

Kindi has a strong sense of the "visual" aspects to purchasing and selling, as evidenced by her design background. Among Heritage's Company-Wide Top Producers for 2011 -2019 2016, Kindi has over 20 years' experience in both new construction and resale. Buyers look forward to Kindi's advice since, when purchasing a home, many questions and choices can be overwhelming particularly in new construction. Being detail oriented not only in design but in the day to day aspects allows Kindi to keep order, handle details, resolve problems, and provide quality service.

She is a graduate of the University of Texas, and began her career in design before moving to residential real estate. Active in the community which she loves, Kindi is a member of the Junior League, a past member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, has served as a committee member for the University of Houston Honors College fundraiser, "The Great Conversation", volunteers at The Museum of Fine Arts and supports the arts as well.

Rob has lived and worked in Cypress and Katy, TX since 1992, building and selling residential homes. After graduating from college, he was a construction manager for over 6 years for 3 different Houston home builders, then transitioned into sales, working for over 15 years as a new home sales representative.

As a licensed Texas Realtor, he is able to offer his clients unlimited possibilities to sell their existing homes and to find their next home. Rob has built homes from the ground up, and has also remodeled and sold homes for profit. This experience has been a real benefit to his buyers and sellers.
