There is nothing better than going to the closing table and celebrating the purchase or sale of a clients home, she said. I enjoy making sure my client's are nothing but happy.
I've even worked with clients for three years to make sure they find the 'right' home. It's my priority to never push through a sale.

She has great childhood memories of her parents' first home, purchased in Houston's Meyerland subdivision. I remember that house vividly and the Easter egg hunts in the backyard. How the neighborhood has changed since 1966, Catherine said.

Catherine is an agent who has experience working on all sides of a real estate transaction. She began her career in finance as a bank teller, and later a bank manager of First Heights Bank. She has experienced the savings and mortgage-lending crisis while originally managing a portfolio of up to 600 bank foreclosures. It was during that time when Catherine was awarded her real estate license. Also, because of her training as a bank manager, she was required to learn how to qualify buyers for a mortgage loan and also holds her license to lend with the State of Texas. There is nothing more disappointing than having buyers think they are able to purchase a home only to find out they aren't qualified after all, she said.

Knowledge of Houston's diverse communities has allowed Catherine to represent clients throughout the area. Her childhood was spent in Galveston, Texas, enjoying everything about being by the water. She lived in the Galleria as a young adult, and then married and settled in Katy, where she's watched the amazing growth over the past 31 years.
