Highly conscious of the ever-changing nature of the housing market and the real estate industry itself, Rachel attends continuing education classes, forums and lectures on a regular basis to ensure that she is always up-to-date. “Real estate is a constantly changing market, not only on a day to day basis within each neighborhood but also in terms of technology and legal and regulatory aspects as well,” she says. “It’s important that I am knowledgeable on what is happening so that I can adopt better practices to serve my clients.”

Rachel transitioned into residential real estate sales from a successful career in sales and non-profit fundraising. A native of Paris, Tennessee, she attended Trinity University in San Antonio and has lived in Houston since 2007. Rachel and her husband, Sebastien, a native Houstonian, have two young boys. When her busy work and home schedules permit, Rachel enjoys time with her family, which includes their Tibetan terrier, running, cooking, reading, and traveling.

Debbie earned her real estate license in 1991, worked in real estate development in Houston, Miami and Boston and joined Martha Turner Properties, now Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty, in October 1999. She has achieved membership in the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence, an award honoring outstanding production.

Debbie has lived in the Memorial area for almost all of her life and now lives in the Galleria area. She is a very proud parent of a son who graduated from Harvard University and a daughter who attended Briarwood School. Community service is important to her and she has served on several boards including Theatre Under the Stars, March of Dimes, Special Olympics and Woodsborough Home Owner's Association. Debbie is also Lifetime Member of The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Debbie has been honored to receive several awards including 1998 Woman of Distinction; 1995 Gold Key Award for Outstanding Board Member, Crohn's & Colitis Foundation; and Outstanding Board Member for Northwood University, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and The Sterling Group.
