Originally from Houston, Wendy has a lifelong commitment and history in the Bayou City. She's developed a vast network of professionals to benefit her clients. Wendy has two children whom she raised in Deer Park. She is an active member of Houston's First Baptist Church and she is a volunteer mom for Youth for Christ at her daughter's school. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys cycling, hiking, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

An Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist in Divorce & Elder Real Estate, Tina assists sellers and buyers across Houston, paticularly in Tanglewood, West University, River Oaks, Memorial, Carlton Woods, Montrose, and the neighborhoods of the Museum District. She stays in regular, clear communication with her clients - either in person, by telephone, or through digital technology - no matter where they are in the world.

When it comes to customer service, Tina has no peer. A former personal trainer and flight attendant, she appreciates the importance of partnering with her clients to achieve their goals. Bringing consummate market knowledge and experience to every transaction, she uses her skills to liaise among buyers, sellers, escrow companies, attorneys, lenders and home inspectors to ensure that every detail is covered. Her education in marketing psychology and real estate law, and experience in commercial real estate, give her a definite advantage as she addresses concerns such as the right time to put a property on the market, or what is too much or too little when determining price.

Tina has built a reputation for successfully closing deals with multiple offers to ensure her clients get the best possible outcome. Although Tina volunteers with many charities, the one dearest to her heart is the American Diabetes Association. When she has leisure time, she may be found working out at Buffalo Bayou Park or checking out some of Houston's diverse culinary culture. Tina enjoys cooking with her friends, watching sports, and finding a good book, but her favorite pastime is keeping up with her adored, college-student son.

An enthusiastic fan of all styles of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and the many innovations in the field of home building and remodeling, Robin is 'right at home' in the fascinating world of real estate. She obtained her license 11 years ago and has enjoyed working with home buyers and sellers, and renters from all over the globe. She has worked side by side with several top producers at Martha Turner Sotheby's, so when she joined the Leasing Department, she brought many years of experience and on-the-job training with her. Robin is thrilled to be collaborating with like-minded colleagues in the satisfying process of assisting rental clients to find the homes of their dreams and landlords to quickly lease their properties to well-vetted tenants. As we know, leasing a home is a very personal experience that requires an immediate partnership between a Realtor and her client, and this is where Robin shines.

Robin was born in Chicago, grew up in Houston with four treasured sisters, and then moved away for many years before finding her way back home to our fair city. Prior to her career as a Realtor, Robin recruited attorneys for several major law firms, sold new homes for many builders, and treaded the boards as a professional stage actress for more than 20 years.

Robin, who has a BFA in theater, is proud to have read the complete works of Shakespeare (now, whether or not she understood those plays and sonnets - well, as Hamlet said, that is the question). Married to a fifth generation Houstonian, they enjoy traveling when the opportunity presents itself and taking delight in Houston's exceptional restaurants. Robin's many hobbies include walking the incomparable Tanglewood Blvd., watching classic movies, and caring for way too many cats.

Since 2015, I have managed and co-owned Glamour Flooring, a premier flooring store, in Katy, Texas. The scope of our services extends well beyond flooring and into full remodeling services. We have remodeled over one hundred homes in the Houston area. I also build homes from scratch through my construction, called MEVS Building & Construction. This type of experience helps me put myself into my clients' shoes when searching for your dream home.

Beyond my passion for real estate and construction, I am a fitness enthusiast and enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When not with my clients or at a construction site, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
