Colleen Phalen is a Beaumont native and a long time Houstonian who has also lived for 16 years in Mexico. While in Mexico she set up a medical tourism business, bringing patients to Mexico for everything from cosmetic surgery, dental procedures to heart valve replacement. Colleen first love of real estate came from her stay and many travels throughout Mexico. In fact, today she still owns homes in San Miguel de Allende and Nuevo Vallarta.
