Top producer Patricia Reed began her real estate career in 2001. Though she specializes in the areas of River Oaks, West University, Tanglewood and Memorial, Patricia's clients' particular needs always come first. She will investigate, research and work for her clients in the other fi ne neighborhoods of Houston as well without hesitation.

An almost-Houston native, Patricia graduated from Duchesne Academy and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in art history from Southern Methodist University, studying in both Dallas and Paris, France. She also completed Sotheby's 19th/20th Century Works of Art course in London, England. Patricia's interest in art, antiques and design remains constant, and is a valuable tool that she oft en shares with her clients as well.

Before embarking on her real estate career, Patricia held a position as lead consignment coordinator at a renowned Houston auction house from 1988 until 1996. Since 1995, she has also been an antiques and collectibles dealer, as well as a contract designer for Reidy's Antiques. Her design work includes homes in the neighborhoods of Tanglewood, Memorial, River Oaks, vacation homes in San Antonio, Bergheim and Brenham, Texas, as well as a ski lodge in Beaver Creek, Colorado.

A native Houstonian, Lance graduated from Memorial High School in 1980, went on to the University of Texas at Austin where he received his degrees in business administration and marketing, and attending graduate school at McCombs Graduate School of Business in Austin.

Since the 1980s, Lance Rosmarin has successfully acquired an influential background in building sales, office leasing, marketing and divesting. He also possesses wide-ranging understanding of business management through his experiences owning and managing both private and public companies.

The "Lance philosophy" as a real estate agent is that he must earn his clients business by putting their complete satisfaction first and foremost. He believes that satisfied clients generate repeat business and referrals.

Throughout his career, Lance has had the honor of representing many deserving clients in the Houston area. He first entered the world of residential real estate as a member of the David Young Team in the Memorial office of Coldwell Banker, recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the top five teams in Houston by dollar sales. He then moved over to Coldwell Banker's Young Realty Group in Bellaire, where he became a top producer, focused on the West University, River Oaks, Bellaire and Close-In Memorial neighborhoods.

In August 2017, I went from being a "sales associate" to a licensed "broker" and I joined the all-star luxury brokerage, John Daugherty Realtors, which in 2020 became Douglas Elliman.As of October 2020, I proudly joined Compass Real Estate in Houston as Broker Associate, a nationwide real estate brokerage, giving me a wide reach with tools and technology that I could never have before imagined; all to better serve my clients. Catherine Reilly has spent her career in real estate related services, first on the financial side and then as a Realtor. She knows all facets of the business and has a passion for her work.

There is nothing better than going to the closing table and celebrating the purchase or sale of a clients home, she said. I enjoy making sure my client's are nothing but happy.
I've even worked with clients for three years to make sure they find the 'right' home. It's my priority to never push through a sale.

She has great childhood memories of her parents' first home, purchased in Houston's Meyerland subdivision. I remember that house vividly and the Easter egg hunts in the backyard. How the neighborhood has changed since 1966, Catherine said.

Catherine is an agent who has experience working on all sides of a real estate transaction. She began her career in finance as a bank teller, and later a bank manager of First Heights Bank. She has experienced the savings and mortgage-lending crisis while originally managing a portfolio of up to 600 bank foreclosures. It was during that time when Catherine was awarded her real estate license. Also, because of her training as a bank manager, she was required to learn how to qualify buyers for a mortgage loan and also holds her license to lend with the State of Texas. There is nothing more disappointing than having buyers think they are able to purchase a home only to find out they aren't qualified after all, she said.

Knowledge of Houston's diverse communities has allowed Catherine to represent clients throughout the area. Her childhood was spent in Galveston, Texas, enjoying everything about being by the water. She lived in the Galleria as a young adult, and then married and settled in Katy, where she's watched the amazing growth over the past 31 years.
