After working in the property management industry for approximately 5 years, I decided to obtain my real estate license. My property management background allowed me be able to adjust and accommodate a variety of client's needs, be more disciplined and to practice patience. I understand the importance of listening to my clients and how that helps them achieve their real estate dreams.
As a native Houstonian, I have truly enjoyed watching this city grow. There is nothing I love more than when I hear how much someone who is new to Houston, loves this city. When I am not working I enjoy exploring the restaurant scene, spending time with family and friends and relaxing at home.
Anabella Garcia is natively from Argentina and living in Texas. She found that she enjoyed helping buyers more than anything and decided to focus her business in that area. Anabella has always been passionate about helping others, which is why she loves being a Realtor. I moved inside the loop of Houston 14 years ago and absolutely love the city. However, I was born and raised on Galveston Island an hour away, a vastly different place than the city. I love both these communities and have the insight to both worlds; the city life and the beach life. I am also a former educator and believe in continuing education. It helps me to be a better agent for you! It has also shaped my core beliefs which are helping others. Michelle Westbrook demonstrates her passion for people during every encounter, as you will be convinced that you are her most important client from day one. She has closed many real estate transactions in the greater Houston area including Memorial, the Heights, Downtown, Katy, Fulshear, Richmond and Westin Lakes. You will love working with her as she is very personable, but she also pays meticulous attention to the details.
As the spouse of a retired Air Force colonel, Michelle knows the process of relocating all too well. During their 23 years of marriage, Michelle and her husband, Trey, moved 12 separate times across 8 cities and 4 states before settling back in Katy where he is now a pilot for Southwest Airlines. With children who have come through the elementary, junior high, and high schools in Katy, she is intimately familiar with KISD.
When she is not taking amazing care of her clients, Michelle stays busy raising money for missions as the Merchandise Coordinator for the West Houston Campus of Hope City Church as well as serving on leadership, the Worship Team, and the Legacy Team. She enjoys hanging out with her family, traveling, and Auburn football!
