Amjad relocated to the Houston area in 2012 to work in the energy industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with a Finance concentration. Amjad is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Amjad is a licensed Realtor with a passion for real estate, development, engineering, and construction. Stephanie's primary goals both professionally and personally are to build strong relationships with people. Having moved several times growing up and owning 5 homes in Houston, she understands the emotions that are involved in selling and buying a new home. Stephanie adores her two children. She enjoys watching them excel in their school work, their relationships and their sports. She supports both of their schools, previously serving on the Board of River Oaks Elementary School, volunteering at Lanier Middle School and now serving on the board at Lamar High School. She and her family reside in Montrose and enjoy riding bikes around town exploring the bike trails, fabulous restaurants and all that the city has to offer. They love the Astros and the Texans.

Stephanie was a collegiate gymnast at Radford University and still loves to follow college gymnastics. After college she was competitive in adventure races and triathlons. She loves staying active. One of her favorite spots in Houston is the Buffalo Bayou. She loves her city and is happy to call Houston home.

Alyssa Aboloff joined Compass in 2020 and is a Houston native who grew up in the Memorial area. She also attended Memorial High School and went on to attend the University of Arizona, majoring in Communications. Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, she worked as a corporate meeting and event planner for several years. Throughout her time as an event planner, Alyssa developed a passion for turning her client's vision into a reality from concept to completion.
