Jason Farias is a dedicated real estate professional with 12 years of experience. He is committed to providing a seamless and stress-free experience for his clients, whether they are buying, renting, or selling a home. Farias is known for his exceptional drive, boundless energy, strong work ethic, and unwavering dedication to guiding his clients through every step of the transaction process. Throughout his 31 years in Houston, Farias has established deep roots in the city. Currently, he calls the Oak Forest/Garden Oaks area his home, but his journey has taken him through various neighborhoods, including Spring Branch, Kingwood, Southwest Houston, Sugar Land, West Chase, Humble, and North Houston. His extensive experience and exposure to these diverse communities have uniquely positioned him to understand the unique characteristics and amenities of each area, enabling him to effectively assist families in finding the ideal neighborhood and residence to call home.

When Farias is not busy serving his customers, he loves to dedicate his time to his family, wife, and kids. He also finds joy in engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. Additionally, he is passionate about training Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has achieved the rank of a brown belt.

After growing up in Houston, TX, he headed to the University of Houston, where his passion for wholesaling and entrepreneurship quickly steered him in to the Real Estate world. Diego has lived in various neighborhoods throughout Houston, Cypress and he now calls Uptown Galleria his home.

Erin Finger Kaplan, a native Houstonian, approaches real estate with an unparalleled dedication to client service. She draws on her extensive knowledge of Houston neighborhoods and her prior experience as an attorney to help her clients achieve their goals in buying or selling a home. “I strive to deliver a marriage between knowledge and top standard service to each and every one of my clients.”

Erin attended the Kinkaid School in Houston, Texas. Having grown up in the area, she has a great knowledge of Memorial, Tanglewood and Briargrove. While at Kinkaid, she participated extensively in the school’s Theatre and Dance program, and she went on to study Theatre and Dance at the University of Texas at Austin.

While attending UT Austin, Erin participated in the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and obtained her real estate license. She spent her college years leasing campus area apartments. This experience served as a valuable introduction to the real estate business, and was something that she looked back upon fondly when deciding to re-enter the business years later.

In 2009, Erin began studying at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. After graduation she practiced law for three years before deciding to return to her true passion of real estate sales.

Erin has lived in nearly every area of Houston, and has studied the markets changes and fluctuations over the years. She now lives in West University with her family. In her spare time, Erin enjoys volunteering with the West U Elementary PTO and WUSA, as well as serving on the Board of Advisors for HMH. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking, exercising, and traveling when time allows.
