Pene Moore has been actively assisting Houston's buyers and sellers for over 25 years. A native Texan, Pene was born in Wichita Falls and grew up in Dallas. Her educational background includes Mary Baldwin College, The University of Texas at Austin, and Texas A&M University. A Bachelor of Arts degree awarded with honors was obtained from Texas A&M. She has one son, Roy, who practices law in Houston.

In 1998, Martha Turner initiated the Hall of Fame that recognizes agents who have been Circle of Excellence winners for five consecutive years.
