Growing up the granddaughter of a builder, real estate was a natural next step for Monica after she retired from a successful career as an appellate attorney. Monica graduated cum laude from Dedman College of Law (Southern Methodist University) where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, named a Hutchison Fellow (full merit scholarship), and was an editor of the SMU Law Review. She received her BA magna cum laude in Chinese History and Political Science from Colorado College and studied Mandarin Chinese as a PICAS Fellow at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
In her spare time, Monica likes spending time with her family and three fur babies. She enjoys Sudoku, Vinyasa Yoga, and attending performances of the Houston Grand Opera. Monica believes in serving her community and actively donates to Houston PetSet and various performing arts organizations.

Bill is a 4th generation Texan who was born and raised in South Texas and attended Texas A&I University with studies in Business Management. Before becoming a Realtor, Bill created, owned and operated a successful company, Training Wheels, that provided dealership and automotive manufacturer consulting in operations, sales and processes. His business took him all over the world with projects in South Africa, Europe, Australia and Asia. Bill decided to get off the road and spend more time at home in Texas. He is married to Tiffany Cannon who is a Marketing Director with Gulf States Toyota. Together they live in Richmond with their five ‘surrogate’ children, four PBGV's and one GBGV, which are a rare breeds of scent hounds. Bill is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, hunting and fishing. He is a certified P.A.D.I. Dive Master and Master Scuba Diver and loves to travel throughout the Caribbean and South Seas.
