After growing up in the Clear Lake/Friendswood area, Erin moved inside the 610 Loop to attend law school at the University of Houston, and has lived in several Inner Loop neighborhoods for more than 25 years. From both her personal and professional experience, Erin is familiar with many of the city's neighborhoods.

I grew up in Galveston helping my Dad remodel homes. After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Construction Science my love for construction and understanding building layouts was a gateway into real estate. Thereafter I spent 7 years in the construction industry as a field engineer and project manager where I gained a true understanding of the real estate market and building trends. I've spent the past 18 years in Houston and specialize in performing comparative market analysis to maximize my client's negotiations whether they are renting, buying or selling.
