Lonnie and Angela have lived in the Westbury - Meyerland area of Southwest Houston for over 10 years, and specialize in the following areas: Westbury, Meyerland, Maplewood, Bellaire, West University, Missouri City, and Sugar Land, as well as serving clients throughout the Houston market area.

Angela Furnari

With over 10 years experience assisting Lonnie in real estate transactions, and almost 18 years in the education industry, Angela decided to become a licensed REALTOR too in 2018. She holds a bachelor's degree from Stetson University, and a master's degree from the University of South Florida. Angela has a unique background in research, data analysis, technology, and business communications - making her the perfect complement to Lonnie. Angela is organized, focused, and detail-oriented, and uses these attributes to keep the team's real estate transactions on-track and moving smoothly forward from start to closing.

    Colleen Phalen is a Beaumont native and a long time Houstonian who has also lived for 16 years in Mexico. While in Mexico she set up a medical tourism business, bringing patients to Mexico for everything from cosmetic surgery, dental procedures to heart valve replacement. Colleen first love of real estate came from her stay and many travels throughout Mexico. In fact, today she still owns homes in San Miguel de Allende and Nuevo Vallarta. So it’s was only natural when she relocated back to Houston that real estate was calling her name. Over the years, she has lived in various neighborhoods throughout the city but has set her roots in the Medical Center/ Museum area. Colleen uses her degree in Marketing and Finance which she received at Lamar University along with her knowledge of buying, selling and remodeling her own homes in order to help others find their dream home.
