A native Houstonian, she has owned her own general contracting business and worked in new home sales for a large developer. Shayna has an eye for detail and understands the psychology of purchasing or selling a home. She is keen on gaining insight into the emotional needs of individuals so that she is better equipped to fulfill their wishes.

Born to work-a-holic parents who instilled the strongest work ethic ever, work is a joy for Shayna, who is reachable and happy to help at any time. Considering her clients an extension of her family, business is interlaced with her personal life even when it involves travel. She has written contracts on the continents of Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Listening to what a buyer is looking for in a new home, understanding both the likes and dislikes regarding their current situation, and fully grasping the motivation and underlying reasons for the move is key to successfully finding an ideal new home.

Shayna embraces total dedication and commitment to effectively marketing her listings to yield the highest price possible. Her design experience allows her to make recommendations for easy and effective updates, furniture placement and/or removal, and arrangement of personal items so that the home is approachable to all prospective buyers. Moving frequently in her youth, Shayna believes that finding a new home or building one can be quite easy. After attending The Kinkaid School from first grade through twelfth, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Southern Methodist University. With her two daughters away at college, when she's not working, Shayna enjoys riding bikes, practicing yoga, swimming, needlepointing, and loving on her fur babies. Serving as a board member of Jewish Family Service Houston is just one of the ways in which Shayna gives back to the community.

I moved inside the loop of Houston 14 years ago and absolutely love the city. However, I was born and raised on Galveston Island an hour away, a vastly different place than the city. I love both these communities and have the insight to both worlds; the city life and the beach life. Marc is a luxury real estate agent that has an unmatched passion for the business. He is an immigrant turned American Citizen from Germany, having lived in Europe until he was 12 years old. Work opportunities for his parents allowed Marc the opportunity to move to the United States, specifically Houston, Texas where he quickly adapted to a new culture and finished high school at Clear Lake High. Clear Lake is an area southeast of Houston near the Johnson Space Center. After high school, Marc had ambitions of becoming an electrical engineer with a focus also on business. He attended Texas Tech University and successfully obtained a Degree in Electrical Engineering and also a Math and Business Minor. During this time is when Marc developed a passion for business and investing, particularly in real estate. Once out of college, Marc joined multiple investor groups where he found his true calling. He quickly bought his first home as an investment property and never looked back. This helped translate over to his clients when he decided to pursue his real estate license and help others with their dreams of homeownership.
