Harry Chang's passion for architecture and residential real estate began in his student days at Rice University, when he would bike around the neighborhood viewing the beautiful homes of Southampton and West University Place. Combining an outstanding range of problem-solving skills and tech-savviness, Harry has an extraordinary track record of quarterbacking complex transactions and providing top-notch marketing and customer service. Despite being a fresh face in Houston's real estate playground, Harry is no stranger to the industry. As a full-time transaction coordinator and marketing specialist for team leader David Batagower, Harry collectively brought over 70 transactions to the finish line with more than $20 million in volume in 2021/2022. His diverse service covers everything from rural vacant land to luxury custom built homes, and from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. Currently an Upper Kirby resident, Harry focuses on neighborhoods throughout Houston Inner Loop (West U, River Oaks, Montrose, Heights, Timbergrove/Lazybrook) and surrounding areas. With his unique background as a concert violinist, project creator and leader, he brings a fresh layer of sophistication and perspective to traditional real estate. Harry has experience proactively orchestrating transactions with detail and care, to overcome obstacles and deliver stress-free contract-to-closed journeys. Harry's past experience leading diverse projects such as the New World Symphony's Encore for Heroes video campaign dedicated to healthcare workers informs his real estate work through his ability to skillfully manage many moving parts while drawing a target market's attention. As a lifelong musician, Harry plays with the Houston Symphony when he's not selling houses or taking care of his goldendoodle son, Tucker.

After graduating from Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Robert Hoskins began his professional career with Grumman Data Systems scheduling the project of rebuilding the Defense Logistics Database in Battle Creek Michigan. This was the second largest Database in the country next to the IRS. In 1991 he relocated to the Houston area and went to work for Lockheed Martin scheduling the Design and Development of the New Mission Control Center at NASA. In 2008 he took an early retirement from Boeing where he worked as a Database Administrator on the Space Station Contract so that he could relocate to the Cypress Texas area and pursue his career in Real Estate.
