As a Houston native, Shamika is a product of local schools, attending James Madison High School and studying Business Administration at Texas Southern University. After working in the banking and title industry for several years, Shamika started her career as a Real Estate Professional in 2005. She recognizes the level of trust and confidence her clients deserve, and works hard daily to surpass their expectations. She also strives to be a part of the solution to the lack of minority homeowners in our communities. Shamika is a board member with the Womens Council of the Houston Black Real Estate Association and the recipient of the 2022 NAREB Emerging Leaders Top Producer Award. A top salesperson for more than 30 years, Ellen Krantz was born to be in sales, and with both parents working in the real estate industry, residential real estate was almost a given. "Being a native Houstonian with a large circle of influence has been incredibly helpful for me," says Ellen. I grew up in Meyerland and graduated from Bellaire High School. I am very knowledgeable about the city and personally invest in Houston real estate. Prior to her career in home sales, Ellen was a top salesperson in retail clothing. She was a co-founder of Girl World Sports in 1996 and took that company to more than $2 million in sales within its first two years, generating write-ups from Houston Business Journal and Entrepreneur magazine.

Ellen is a human rights advocate who volunteers and serves on leadership councils for several organizations that support equality and respect for all individuals. She attended the University of Southern California at Los Angeles, The University of Texas at Austin, and graduated from the University of Houston Main Campus with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Leisure time for Ellen is spent with her family and traveling.
