Luisana Vazquez Oelfke is a native Houstonian and a proud University of Houston Cougar. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Management including a minor in Spanish, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006. After working in medical device sales and property management she spent 12 years as a bilingual elementary school educator and reading and math interventionist.

As a lifelong Houstonian and former educator Luisana is very familiar with the different communities and school districts in the Greater Houston Area. Luisana and her husband Chris, a licensed home inspector, have made their home on the west side of Houston in the Energy Corridor. They have two lovely young daughters who keep her on her toes. In addition to her real estate pursuits, Luisana enjoys travel, shopping, decorating her home, and planning parties and special family events.

Growing up, I became quite familiar with the moving process, since my Dad worked in the Oil and Gas Industry. I am originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, but have lived in five different countries and over twenty-three houses. Making so many moves starting at such an early age, has given me a unique perspective on how each move can affect a family, especially when children are involved. This insight allows me to ease stressful situations and afford you with the smoothest move possible. It is also the driving force behind my passion for real estate. No matter where you live, it is always important to find a “home”.

My family made our home in Cypress, where I attended high school and have lived for the past twelve years after returning from the U.K. I live there with my wife Crystal, who is also in the Real Estate industry. Crystal is an Escrow Officer at First American Title and has been in the business since 2002. It is quite handy having your title company contact available all hours of the day, as well as on weekends and holidays.

When we are not working, we enjoy spending time with our son Wills. Our family is very active in the community through several local charities, our son’s Cub Scout Pack and with me volunteering as a Watch Dog at Black Elementary. I have found that being a member of several community groups has not only bettered me as a person, but it also helps me to keep a pulse on the ongoing changes in the area.

Known as a force of nature in her industry, Linda strikes a fine balance while also being approachable to her clients, associates, and the Realtor Community. As a highly competent, caring agent, and staunch advocate for her clients' needs, Linda has cultivated essential long term relationships.

Born in Michigan, Kevin moved with his family to Katy, TX when he was eight years old. His parents still live in Katy and his brother lives in Texas City. Kevin graduated from Taylor High School in Katy and earned a degree in economics from The University of Texas at Austin. When not working, Kevin is a regular volunteer at The Ronald McDonald House at Texas Children’s Hospital and attends Trinity Lutheran Church in downtown Houston. He enjoys playing golf, working out, running, traveling, following his favorite sports teams, sampling craft beer, spending time with his family, and “spoiling my niece.”

I just love what I do!" This explains why Rochelle Pye is a natural salesperson having been in retail sales for the past 20 years. It was in the field of real estate, however, that she found her true calling, becoming an associate of Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty and receiving her "Circle of Excellence" designation. Rochelle was recognized in 2005 for having the highest average sales of any agent in the company.

Respecting clients’ wishes and listening to what they really want are skills that have endeared her to her clients; they keep coming back and referring her to their friends. Many clients have become friends.

Rochelle grew up in Dallas, graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the University of Texas, married and raised three children. During her children’s formative years, Rochelle was very active in their schools, St. Johns and Kinkaid. After the children were older, she received her Masters degree at the University of Houston in clinical psychology and worked in the medical center for a group of psychiatrists. Skills she learned as a clinical psychologist have served her well in the real estate industry. She thoroughly enjoys being with the public and helping them in their happiest time…buying a home.

Having lived in Houston most of her life she has a working knowledge of most areas including River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University, Medical Center, Museum District as well as many outlying areas. She has even worked with clients on their “weekend retreats” in the Woodlands, Fort Bend, and Texas Hill Country.

Rochelle has chaired the March of Dimes Gourmet Gala and presently serves on the Development Board of Texas Children’s Hospital as well as being affiliated with many other charitable organizations. She enjoys skiing in Colorado and traveling the world.
