Krista launched her apartment locating career in 2009 with a radio commercial in which she promoted Aggieland Apartment Finders. Her radio debut jump started her real estate career, in which she assisted fellow Aggies in finding apartment deals in and around campus. After college, she planted her roots in Houston and applied her skills to the Greater Houston rental market. Krista is passionate about hospitality, which is why she thoroughly enjoys showing clients all that Houston has to offer in what has become one of the most thriving markets for furnished and unfurnished apartments. Her customer-centric focus, combined with her excellent work ethic and friendly demeanor, make her a professional from start to finish. As Vice President at McKenzie Drake, Krista provides housing solutions, manages day-to-day operations. Krista's drive and heart for service extend beyond work. She is actively involved in Keepers of the Faith, leading spiritual devotions with young women in Houston's Third Ward. She's also a member of the host committee for the Small Steps Nurturing Center and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo's hospitality committee. Krista is married to her husband, Kurt, and loves being a mom to her daughter. They enjoy spending time with their three dogs, Mia, Cam, and Fancy, demonstrating their love for others through foster care, and sharing their love of queso and football. Alyssa Aboloff joined Compass in 2020 and is a Houston native who grew up in the Memorial area. She also attended Memorial High School and went on to attend the University of Arizona, majoring in Communications. Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, she worked as a corporate meeting and event planner for several years. Throughout her time as an event planner, Alyssa developed a passion for turning her client's vision into a reality from concept to completion. I've been in Houston since 1995 where i graduated from Westbury High School. Attended Prairie View A&M University where i obtained my Bachelors in Human Science in "05" and a Masters in Counseling in "09". I've been a real estate professional since 2006 mainly concentrating on all aspects of real estate from sales to rentals and leasing.... For the last three years i've been working as a property tax consultant for a major property tax company and have previous knowledge of arbitration and mediation procedures.
