Ronnie works with institutional owners (REIT's, Funds, TIC's, and Syndicates) in corporate real estate. He is a real estate asset manager buying, selling, leasing and representing an office and retail portfolio on behalf of over 500 accredited investors. His current portfolio exceeds 6MM square feet with an acquisition value of over $750MM. He is a CCIM and member of SIOR and serves on multiple boards and committees. His professional memberships include ICSC, IREM, BOMA, TAR, HAR and other key industry groups.

Prior to his current assignment, Ronnie has worked in nearly all facets of the commercial real estate life cycle. He is bilingual (fluent in Spanish) and lives in Houston's Westchase area. He and his wife two young boys (ages 2 and 4), two pet dobermans, and numerous aquariums of exotic fish .
