Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, Luz has lived in Houston since 1999 and enjoys the excitement and cultural diversity this vibrant city has to offer.

With a background in teaching and excellent bilingual skills, Luz is enjoying a successful real estate career.

She walks each client through the real estate process, from A to Z, no matter whether it’s a purchase, sale or lease.

“My goal is to make my clients aware of all their options and to lead them to making the best decisions,” says Luz. For Luz, "helping buyers find a place they can call home is more important than finding a simple house.” Regarding sellers, she “strives for the highest possible return.”

Luz describes herself as tenacious, sensitive and patient. “I listen carefully to my clients and strive to create winning strategies for them. I want my clients to be absolutely thrilled with my service because I would appreciate their referrals,” she says.

“I enjoy developing marketing plans that will result in the highest return on a home investment in the least amount of time. I believe in saving my clients time and money, and work hard to find them the best deals in town.”

Stephanie's primary goals both professionally and personally are to build strong relationships with people. Her 20 year career as a personal trainer prior to real estate has given her a strong foundation for understanding people. She worked at the Houstonian Club and River Oaks Country Club where she was known for her exceptional customer service. She has carried that over to servicing her clients in buying and selling their homes. She pays close attention to every detail throughout each deal she is a part of. She is constantly studying the ever changing Houston market in order to provide her clients with the updated information they need. Many of her clients boast of her professionalism and love to refer her business.



Having moved several times growing up and owning 5 homes in Houston, she understands the emotions that are involved in selling and buying a new home. She takes careful measures to understand the needs of her clients and works hard to exceed expectations. She is meticulous in each step of your real estate transaction from first contact through the closing process.

Stephanie adores her two children. She enjoys watching them excel in their school work, their relationships and their sports. She supports both of their schools, previously serving on the Board of River Oaks Elementary School, volunteering at Lanier Middle School and now serving on the board at Lamar High School. She and her family reside in Montrose and enjoy riding bikes around town exploring the bike trails, fabulous restaurants and all that the city has to offer. They love the Astros and the Texans.

Stephanie was a collegiate gymnast at Radford University and still loves to follow college gymnastics. After college she was competitive in adventure races and triathlons. She loves staying active. One of her favorite spots in Houston is the Buffalo Bayou. She loves her city and is happy to call Houston home.
