Airan moved to Houston, Texas from Mexico at a young age. Ever since she knew that she would have to go the extra mile to reach her goals. This allowed her to learn to appreciate everything and be thankful for who she is now. One of her proudest achievements was graduating from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's in Finance and Marketing. Although, during this journey, she discovered that real estate was something that she felt was her calling. She developed her real estate career working as a real estate administrative coordinator. This allowed her to have a head start in her career. With her knowledge and confidence, Airan has won her clients' trust. She understands the importance of building relationships and adding value in every step of the way. Some clients describe her as optimistic, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and determined. Airan enjoys working with first-time home buyers, sellers, as well as investors. Her work is not only limited to Houston; she covers surrounding areas such as Katy, Spring, The Woodlands, and Pasadena. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding, working out, reading business or self-help books, traveling, and doing things that will challenge her mind. Paul’s impressive and ever-growing list of achievements includes the 2008 National Award for Region 5 Marketing Director of the Year, the 2006 PRISM Award for Marketing Professional of the Year, and inclusion as one of four finalists for the 2006 and 2007 Texas Star Awards for Marketing Professional of the Year.

When not working supporting his amazing agents, Paul enjoys spending time with his daughter along with his 7 nieces and nephews. Paul is also an avid cyclist who has participated in the MS150 and many other charity rides.

Karen says, “I love what I do!” With over 30 years experience practicing real estate in Houston, Karen feels fortunate to have helped some of the most wonderful people find suitable accommodations in Houston. She specializes strictly in the apartment rental market. Karen listens to what her clients want and matches their specifications to the perfect apartment.

Having observed the construction of most of the apartment complexes built in Houston over the last 30 years, Karen has acquired a thorough knowledge of the rental market. Houston is now going through another period of new apartment construction. “It’s been an exciting time to help newcomers to Houston as well as past clients wanting to move into newer accommodations.” She successfully places an average of more than 125 clients each year into apartments.

A large majority of Karen’s personal referrals come from the Texas Medical Center as well as from a number of universities, colleges and various companies. She regularly helps international visitors looking for housing. “I enjoy meeting our international visitors and hearing about their countries and cultures. I try my best to make them feel at home in Houston.” As many of her clients are new to the city, she frequently shows her clients around Houston as part of their apartment home search so they can become familiar with the variety of neighborhoods available.

Karen often works as a team with her daughter, Lisa Reichek, a Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty Broker Associate. She feels blessed to have her daughter’s assistance and is so happy to be able to recommend Lisa to her renters when they decide to become homeowners.

Karen was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Houston 49 years ago. She resides in Bellaire, Texas. She has two wonderful daughters and three darling grandchildren who all live in Houston. Karen attended the University of Texas, Austin and completed her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston. She volunteers on the hospital visiting committee for her congregation. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, doing Pilates, attending the ballet, and visiting the Museum of Fine Arts.
