Fourth-generation Houstonian Anne Csorba has 20 years of helping clients find the right solution for their real estate needs. As a Realtor associate with Martha Turner Properties, Anne is ranked among Houston’s top real estate professionals.

The real estate market in Houston is one of the most dynamic and fast-paced in the United States and Anne is diligent about keeping herself and clients informed on market trends, pricing, and neighborhood information. As a native Houstonian, she understands that Houston’s prosperity and growth are rooted in new development but also values the city’s rich heritage and recent preservation efforts.

Anne attended The Kinkaid School and Memorial High School and is a graduate of Randolph Macon Woman’s College. When not working, Anne is very involved in school, church and charitable activities. She is an active volunteer and advisory board member at Yellowstone Academy, and volunteers for Second Baptist School, Second Baptist Church, and National Charity League. She is also a supporter of the Brookwood Community and other local charities. Anne and her husband have four children and she enjoys spending family time at their farm, traveling, antiquing, hunting and gardening.

Seita is a licensed real estate attorney and a licensed broker. She brings many years of brokerage management and agent development experience to her role.

Seita began her career as an attorney with a boutique law firm, Hargis & Harpold, which represented real estate brokers across Texas. She became well-versed in best practices for Texas brokers, and honed skills such as contract drafting and negotiation. The firm also served as outside counsel for HAR, providing a behind-the-scenes view of Realtor ethical duties and cooperative compensation rules. More recently, Seita was on the management team of a leading residential brokerage firm. The agents valued her unique blend of hands-on risk management, negotiation expertise and sales skills. She also served as General Counsel for a prominent local brokerage firm, where she was privileged to work closely with many new agents along their journeys to become top producers. Seita has served on numerous HAR committees over the years including Risk Management, Management Central, and currently, the MLS Committee.

To recharge, Seita enjoys being outdoors, watching her kids on the playing field or on stage, and reading everything from classical literature to pinterest. She loves travel, especially to scuba dive or snow ski with her family. She taught CCD at St. Vincent de Paul and St. John Vianney churches for many years, and has volunteered with many local animal rescue groups.
