Prior to entering real estate, I worked for Tesla on their competitive sales team and traveled a lot. These experiences instilled in me the discipline it takes to build a powerful real estate business in Houston. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling the world, playing sports and spending time with my family and friends.

I am Susan Green and have been a realtor for 12 years serving the greater Houston Area. I specialize in the Katy, Memorial and Sugar Land markets as well as areas west of Katy in the country. Tobias sells real estate throughout the Houston area, focusing on the inner-Loop and close-in neighborhoods. He has personally experienced many sides of the real estate transaction as a buyer, seller and investor. Tobias joined Stone & Fields because of the shared core values in helping people and maintaining client relationships that extend beyond the closing table. Having learned how best to present a home in his staging business, he now puts those experiences to best use as a real estate agent. He works hard to exceed every client's expectation. Tobias moved to Houston from Amsterdam in the Netherlands in 2015. He has a masters degree in business with extensive experience in marketing, communications and advertising.

Melinda optimizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Melinda provides an exceptional service experience that results in long-term client relationships and repeated referrals. Having grown up in Houston and residing in the West University Place neighborhood with three children, Melinda brings a lifetime of market area knowledge of homes inside the loop and the surrounding areas. Melinda started her sales career selling advertising at the Houston Chronicle. She has continued rising and carried over her success in the real estate industry. Melinda uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem.

Besides spending time with homebuyers, Melinda stays very involved in her community while volunteering at West University Elementary, Pin Oak Middle School, and Strake Jesuit High School. She is active in West University Little League Auxiliary and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston. Melinda is a graduate of Texas State University at San Marcos and holds a Bachelors Degree in Advertising with a Minor in Marketing.

Dianne has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1986. She is a native Houstonian and is very familiar with the Houston Metropolitan area market. An unwavering commitment to her clients has enabled her to successfully close on countless residential and commercial properties representing sellers and buyers. Her experience also includes representing clients, both sellers and buyers, as a result of corporate relocations. Given that she has personally experienced moving as a result of a corporate relocation, she has even more intimate understanding of working with Corporate Relocation Service companies. She uses that first-hand knowledge to help ensure seamless transitions. Along with her Real Estate background, Dianne has extensive experience as a Payroll Manager/Supervisor in the private and public sectors.
