I have been an Agent for more than 6 years.. I'm a Top 10 Producer with listings and sales. I serve Harris, Dallas, and Fort Bend Counties. I serve in my church as a Director of Bible Study and a Deacon, past president of my HOA, and on several boards. My prior career, I worked as an executive in the Transportation industry for 35 years as a division manager and retired 4 years ago. Over that period, I was responsible for a $20 million monthly budget and $25 million in Revenues. Service and Profit were key responsibilities. I have bought, sold and invested in real estate for the past 30 years and currently hold over 10 rental properties. Married for 42 years to Marla, Father of 4, Grandfather of 6.

Belinda's analytical acumen is honed by her mathematics degree (B.S.) from the University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Before settling in Houston 20+ years ago, this 5th generation Texan lived in London, Denver and Pittsburgh. She is presently an active resident of Bellaire where she resides with her husband. Both her son and daughter graduated from The University of Texas at Austin making them 4th generation Longhorns.

Relocating several times, buying and selling houses of my own has taught me lessons and experiences to share with my clients through their journey. A long-time resident of Houston, having to navigate my two children through the best school system, understanding the diverse needs of families in the community are some of the lessons that I have learned through the years living in Houston Texas. Annie is a native Houstonian and a top producer at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. She is a Memorial High School graduate and received her BA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Annie spent nearly ten years in sales roles in New York, Dallas, and Chicago and moved back to Houston in 2007. She is very thankful for her great network of family, friends, and colleagues whose referrals have helped her build a successful real estate business with transactions in Memorial, Tanglewood, and the West Memorial neighborhoods.

Annie uses her marketing expertise to design and execute campaigns, which have helped her sell 100% of her listings and reach over 100% of various community fundraising goals. Annie ran the Special Gifts Campaign and raised 20,000 for Steel Magnolia Moms. This is a non-profit founded by her sister, Elizabeth Elder, to support, encourage and celebrate moms of children with special needs. In 2017, she ran the New York City Marathon raising 23,000 for families whose homes were flooded by Hurricane Harvey, an experience that branded Annie's desire to help her community make lemonade out of life's lemons.

Annie brings the same level of care to her clients and is extremely committed to helping them identify and achieve their real estate goals. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. She is also a member of 100 Women of Memorial and served as co-President of her neighborhood's Women's Club.

Carol Rowley began her real estate career many years ago when she joined DeForest Realty in Georgia. After moving to Houston she worked for prominent real estate and tax attorneys and later joined Bolin Development Corp. where she worked in the commercial real estate sector. As a 10+ Year Top Producer, Carol has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston's Top 25 Individual Realtors in all of Houston. Her success is driven by her attention to detail, hard work and repeat referral business. Carol is incredibly goal oriented and provides her clients first class, top notch service from start to finish.

During her years in Houston she's lived in the West University, Southgate, Bellaire, Braes Heights and the Galleria area, giving her first hand knowledge of the Houston market. Raising 3 children and volunteering at West U Elementary, River Oaks Baptist School, Lanier Middle School and Lamar High School, immersed Carol in a wonderful community of people and a greater connection and understanding of the town she adores. With one child graduated from UT, another graduated from St. Edwards in Austin and her third a graduate of Tulane, Carol has more time than ever to totally dedicate herself to her clients' needs. Her perseverance is shown through her tireless work with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where she has dedicated more than 20 years in the search for a cure for this disease. Carol was recently selected as an honoree for the JDRF Promise Ball where she was presented with the Living and Giving Award for her advocacy, leadership and commitment. JDRF selected Carol as Chair of the JDRF Children's Congress, a national event in Washington, DC created to lobby the government for additional funding. As the Chair, she worked personally with 200 families representing all 50 states in order to introduce them to their Congressmen and United States Senators. She not only provides service to the Houston community, but also individuals throughout the United States.
