Stony Naquin is a native Houstonian who has been in real estate for over 14 years. She considers herself an exceptional negotiator that is truly passionate about finding the perfect home for her clients! Stony is known for her positive and bubbly personality, and for always keeping her clients priorities her number one focus. I am genuinely enthusiastic about real estate, yet my passion surpasses the typical closing excitement. Before beginning my career in real estate, I bought, revitalized, and sold my own homes which peaked my interest and after moving to Texas, I decided it was time to help others. When I began my real estate career in 2014, I accepted less of the agent role and more of an educator and advisor to each of my clients. As a graduate of Cal State University - San Marcos, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. I am also an active member of the community, taking on numerous leadership positions. I served as the Women's Council of Realtors Fort Bend Network Secretary (2016), President-Elect (2017), and WCR President (2018). In 2019, I transitioned to the Houston Association of Realtors Fort Bend Network Chair. My mission as a Real Estate Advisor is to ensure that my clients' experience is seamless.
