Kathy Jones is a native Houstonian who, in 1979, became a Realtor® and an Associate of Wayland Hancock Properties, a company founded in 1970 by Kathy's family and named for her grandfather. Kathy has a broad, firsthand knowledge of the history and trends of the Houston real estate marketplace. During her career, Kathy obtained her Broker's license and became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.

Her years of experience, market knowledge, and desire to provide excellent, personalized service combine to make her a star in the industry. Dianne has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1986. She is a native Houstonian and is very familiar with the Houston Metropolitan area market. An unwavering commitment to her clients has enabled her to successfully close on countless residential and commercial properties representing sellers and buyers. Her experience also includes representing clients, both sellers and buyers, as a result of corporate relocations. Given that she has personally experienced moving as a result of a corporate relocation, she has even more intimate understanding of working with Corporate Relocation Service companies. She uses that first-hand knowledge to help ensure seamless transitions. Along with her Real Estate background, Dianne has extensive experience as a Payroll Manager/Supervisor in the private and public sectors.
