    Annie is a native Houstonian and a top producer at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. She is a Memorial High School graduate and received her BA in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Annie spent nearly ten years in sales roles in New York, Dallas, and Chicago and moved back to Houston in 2007. She is very thankful for her great network of family, friends, and colleagues whose referrals have helped her build a successful real estate business with transactions in Memorial, Tanglewood, and the West Memorial neighborhoods.

Annie ran the Special Gifts Campaign and raised 20,000 for Steel Magnolia Moms. This is a non-profit founded by her sister, Elizabeth Elder, to support, encourage and celebrate moms of children with special needs. In 2017, she ran the New York City Marathon raising 23,000 for families whose homes were flooded by Hurricane Harvey, an experience that branded Annie's desire to help her community make lemonade out of life's lemons.
