Jackson Routt moved to the Memorial area of Houston at an early age. He attended Spring Branch ISD schools, including Bunker Hill Elementary, Frostwood, Memorial Middle School and graduated from Memorial High School. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and University of Houston Clear Lake. His career in Project Management of large industrial projects has taken him all over North America. Detailed knowledge of corporate contracts, contractors, business and especially people skills has prepared him to be successful in the world of real estate.In the years in the Oil and Gas Industry, Jackson and his Realtor wife, Christine, have bought and sold 14 properties. He has a comprehensive understanding of moves and supports buyers and sellers with that knowledge. The son of a Memorial Area realtor, Jackson, has expert knowledge of the area and the latest trends. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Ms. Morales started her professional career in Investment Banking as an IT consultant. She eventually moved into company operation systems management for a period of time, until she moved up to Risk Management Director. During her time in Banking, Ms. Morales adopted excellent communication skills through the diverse pool of professionals and clients that she worked with. She also developed excellent project management skills as she facilitated team coercion, while maintaining quality and effectiveness. Before her career, she earned her bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Ms. Morales is also bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish.
