Education-wise, Jennifer studied Business and received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. When it comes to her work experience, Jennifer has been exposed to diverse business settings. Initially, she was a Supply Chain Professional negotiating contracts for a prominent oil and gas company in the Houston area. Ultimately, this has granted her a true knack for all-things business—especially directly working with clients and high-dollar negotiations. Additionally, her family has been in the Residential Construction business for quite some time, so she has in-depth knowledge about new home builds and remodels.
When Jennifer is not immersed in the realm of realty or design, she loves to stay active by running and playing tennis. She also loves to read great books, late night online shopping, and everything interior design. Most importantly, Jennifer is a family woman and cherishes her family time with her wonderful husband and two beautiful children more than anything. As an individual who has an unwavering devotion to Houston, Jennifer is deeply involved in her city and is an active community member.
Martin Ramirez is a native Houstonian and a graduate from the University of Houston. Broker Associate Inga Laughlin Smith brings an impressive background in international business to her real estate practice. Inga was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has been a resident of Houston since 1989. After graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, she moved to Houston to pursue a career in banking. For 10 years, Inga worked in international banking for “Fortune 100” oil and gas clientele handling transactions on both the marketing and credit sides of the business. She applies numerous transferable skills to her real estate practice; specifically, strong negotiation, marketing, contract and documentation skills.
Inga began her real estate career with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty in 2008. She serves clients primarily in the Memorial area, Briargrove, The Heights and other traditional neighborhoods in Houston.
Inga has earned her Master Certified Negotiation designation (MCNE) and firmly believes it is important for her clients to know that she continuously expands her knowledge base. “I feel very strongly about staying current on trends in the industry and keeping myself abreast of the ever changing market.”

Inga is married and the mother of three boys. Outside of real estate, she is involved in her boy’s schools, Memorial Middle School and Memorial High School. While her boys attended Frostwood Elementary, Inga was recognized for her volunteerism to the school and received the PTA Lifetime Achievement Award. Inga is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, serves as a member of the Whispering Oaks Civic Club Architectural Committee, and is an active volunteer with the Whispering Oaks Woman’s Club, and an Alumni of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She enjoys gardening, reading, estate sales, and her boys’ sports activities.
