Native Houstonian and Sugar Land resident Kathy Park Carter has been a Realtor for more than 30 years. Kathy began her career and learned the important ropes working for a residential real estate top producer. It was invaluable experience, and she acquired the expertise necessary to become a successful real estate professional.

Kathy raised her family in the Tanglewood/Briargrove and Memorial areas before moving to Sugar Land where she lists and sells homes in Sweetwater, Sugar Creek, and other areas of Sugar Land. Kathy grew up in Southampton, Tanglewood and the Memorial area in Houston and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She and her husband, an architect and builder, live on the Sugar Creek Country Club golf course. They share a family of five adult children and five grandchildren. Kathy enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren and attempting to learn how to play golf.
