My name is Andre Notice. I'm a young individual with high energy and ambition. I was born and raised in Houston, TX so I'm pretty familiar with this area. First started real estate in 2005 and LOVES helping others in finding their biggest investment money can obtain - their dream home!!! Although I am located in Northwest Houston, I can operate and conduct business anywhere in the city. I have been involved in many different types of real estate transactions. I started my real estate career with a home builder working from a model home in new neighborhoods across the Houston area. Over a 10 year career I have helped buyers at every stage of their real estate life: from building a first home to finding the perfect lot and building their custom dream home and everything in between. These varied experiences serves me well now as a Realtor.

BACKGROUND: I grew up around the world as an oil field kid. I attended the American School in London and graduated high school in Anchorage Alaska. I paid for college at the University of Nebraska by working in Prudhoe Bay, AK. I came to Houston after college and worked as a business process consultant. My wife, Melissa, was working in real estate and enjoying it so I decided to give it a try as well and I have been in it ever since.

She and her husband currently reside in the beautiful community of Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, TX. She participates in many of her local church and community activities as well as her youngest daughter's high school volunteering events.
