Realtor Jerry Rozen brings an impressive business background in retail sales, entrepreneurship and finance to his practice of residential real estate. "I have a lot of experience dealing with people," Jerry says. "I am a 'deal-maker' and have the skill to negotiate agreements that are acceptable for both the buyer and seller in a transaction. I've always been business-oriented and the real estate sale and purchase process is fun and exciting for me." In his long business career, Jerry has owned three retail home-furnishing stores, a wholesale wallpaper distributorship, and a commercial accounts receivable factoring business that is now run by his son. A native of Binghamton, New York, Jerry graduated from Texas A & M in Kingsville with a BBA in management. He served a two-year term in the United States Army at Fort Hood, was honorably discharged, and spent a further six years in the U.S. Army Reserve. Jerry was a long-time member of Lions International. He and his wife have three children and six grandchildren, and enjoy traveling, especially in their RV, and camping.

The recipient of many production awards in her long career, Debbie Houston is known for perseverance and patience. Debbie believes in “aggressive assistance,” and finds out each client’s way of thinking to provide just the right amount of push to gently help them reach a decision. “Most of my clients are successful business people, so more often than not, the best way to help them ‘get there’ is by listening and letting them reach a conclusion themselves.”
Debbie assists sellers and buyers in Houston neighborhoods inside Loop-610, the Tanglewood and Memorial areas, and north to areas in around The Woodlands. She likes to point out that she doesn’t have a typical client. Her clients range from young families relocating into or out of Houston to heads of corporations and entrepreneurs, and she assists clients in all price points and income ranges.
Ideals instilled by her parents continue to guide Debbie every day. “My parents were great examples. They taught me that if you raise your hand for something, you complete it. Honesty was a must, along with the value and importance of work and accepting responsibility. I attribute my success today to those early teachings and, as my husband says, I have a servant’s heart.”
Debbie grew up in Concordia, Missouri and graduated with a degree in business education from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. Prior to her career in residential real estate, Debbie held HR positions with a large Houston corporation where she managed the recruitment department for customer service professionals.
Debbie moved to Houston in 1982. She and her husband raised their family in the Memorial area and are members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church. Over the years, Debbie has assumed numerous volunteer positions in her children's schools. When time permits, she enjoys home remodeling, cooking, skiing, and traveling.
