Jennifer Lucio's ties to Houston run deep. Born and bred in Baytown, Jennifer began her personal homeownership in 2000 inside Loop-610 and eventually migrated to Spring Branch in 2003. She currently lives in Spring Valley Village.

Jennifer’s 12 years in restaurant management, particular her experience as a general manager, taught her the paramount importance of customer service, communication and issue resolution, valuable skills that transferred seamlessly into her career in residential real estate. “I thrive on person-to-person interaction,” Jennifer states. “I love ‘making the puzzle fit’ by taking all the pieces the client gives me and fitting them together to find the perfect home. There’s a tremendous spectrum of home choices in Houston. This city has a house for everyone; you just have to listen to the client.”

Beyond knowing the ‘ins and outs’ of Houston neighborhoods, communities and culture, Jennifer understands that relationships are the central link to a successful real estate transaction. Connected to a deep network of buyers and sellers, she has her finger on the pulse of the real estate market. Whether clients are transitioning, moving to greener pastures or coming from across the world, Jennifer is able to get to the heart of what her clients want and draw out their goals, culminating in successful home purchases and sales throughout the city.

Jennifer is the married mother of two and she and her family continue to reside in Spring Valley Village. A board member of Memorial High School Girls Lacrosse Program, member of The Junior League of Houston, Spring Branch Middle School PTA, and an active volunteer for First Tee of Greater Houston, she is a natural at teamwork both personally and professionally. When time allows, Jennifer enjoys traveling and watching her children's sporting events.

Kim Zander is a go-getter with a passion for real estate. A graduate of the University of Houston, Zander earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Science and Merchandising. Her background as a Senior Corporate Account Manager gave Zander national and international negotiations experience working with several Fortune 100 companies, including ExxonMobil, MW Kellogg, and Schlumberger. She continues to bring these leadership skills and accomplishments to the negotiating table, pairing them with her unique personal touch. She feels it is a privilege to guide clients as they make life-changing decisions, no matter the phase of life they're in. Zander's repeat clients and frequent referrals demonstrate her true passion for what she does. An Illinois native, Zander has lived in Houston for more than 35 years and in the Memorial area for over 20 years, giving her a strong network of relationships. She loves to travel, watch sports, and work out, but mostly she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their three children, Jake, Ava, and Olivia, and their darling Labrador Retriever, Noa Belle Zander.
