Kelli believes in making home buying fun--and she's not your typical realtor! She began her career in the mid 90's in the Title Insurance industry, mastering the art of the seamless closing. As a licensed escrow officer, she was responsible for navigating the ins and outs of closings and assisted many sellers in both avoiding foreclosure and selling inherited property. She believes in putting down roots and became a licensed loan officer who quickly moved into the role of Operations Manager for a large wholesale lender. This taught her the requirements for financing and appraisals. She is now armed with the knowledge to assist first-time home buyers as well as clients with other financial issues. She returned to the title industry and continued her knowledge quest by obtaining her real estate license. She has since trained and coached other realtors in the industry while helping her own clients to buy and sell their homes. Since 1981, Richard has been selling homes in the greater Houston real estate market. Richard has been with Re/Max Westside, Realtors since 1988. He has often been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the top producing Realtors in the greater Houston area. He is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate. Richard worked numerous years with one of the largest home builders in the United States as a sales manager, general sales manager while also heading the companies investment (resale) property division. He is most proud that after all these years of service in the industry, the children of past clients are now coming to him for their real estate needs.

After a year of learning the city and the market as a wholesaler, he moved into the investment side. Over the next 3 years, he and his business partner Oliver primarily focused on flipping luxury homes in The Woodlands, Heights, and Memorial. During that time, they formed Connected Realty, and in 2015, made the transition to full-time brokerage. They have since made building and leading a team of agents, in both Houston and Austin, their primary focus!
Personal: Anderson was born and raised in the West Houston area and returned here after attending Texas A&M University. He and his wife Sarah have been married 6 years and have two daughters, Elyia and Nora. Outside of being with his family and working, Anderson loves to be with family and good friends at the family ranch!
