Lacey began her Real Estate career in 2008 working with developers in Multi-family and Commercial Real Estate helping in marketing, sales training, event planning, corporate training and more across the United States. Her first major commercial project was CITYCENTRE, followed by working with developers across the country to increase their sales, social media presence and increase revenue across all assets in multiple regions. She then left Corporate America in 2018 and obtained her License to begin to help past and future clients with their personal Real Estate goals in selling their home, leases, purchases, new construction, Airbnb renovations and management along with investments. There was another new focus too, she wanted the opportunity to start her family and bring her wealth of knowledge to people.

She has been awarded top sales awards with each company she has worked under including "Top Sales, Core Value, #1 Sales Team in TX, etc." Each award bringing her recognition and expertise to better assist her clients in any way.

Christopher Brooks has always prioritized building relationships. His extensive real estate knowledge and attentive communication inspire trust and confidence with every real estate interaction.




Christopher's real estate roots began as a Construction Project Coordinator for a build on your lot construction builder. As he learned more about home building, he discovered his passion for real estate. Combining customer service and homebuilding experiences, he began his real estate career in Austin, Texas as an associate working for the top RE/MAX office in 2005.




Christopher was a part of several mentorship programs learning to provide results to his home-buying and selling clients. Christopher also served as an Education Committee member for the Austin Board of Realtors defining ways to improve awareness within the industry regarding legal liabilities and disputes.




He then relocated back to Houston where he joined a high-volume top 5-ranked Houston real estate team as lead listing agent. There he attended more than 3000 listing appointments with more than 90% procurement rate and was instrumental in developing a more accurate neighborhood comparable valuation procedure for the team.




Christopher was then promoted to mentor and lead the Buyer Agent Team as a Buyer Agent Support Manager. His team achieved success by increasing their closed sales production by 70% year over year and grew in size.




Currently with JPAR-The Sears Group, Christopher also shares his more than 17 years experience mentoring new agents as well as coaching seasoned agents to achieve their goals. Fiona has a well-respected background of more than fifteen years in real estate. She was born and raised in New Jersey but moved to Texas to escape those long cold winters. Fiona started in real estate as a small business owner of a home renovation/home building company, then later opened a Design Center to service new construction clients. After selling these businesses she decided to concentrate full-time on real estate while obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She graduated summa cum laude and uses her accounting background and knowledge to better service her clients. Fiona truly enjoys real estate and strives to make the home buying and home selling experience as easy as possible. She prides herself on her exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

I have enjoyed the great pleasure of living in one of the most diverse, friendly and international cities in the world: Houston! Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm and friendly people, top quality schools, beautiful parks, cool architecture? I know......you might be thinking of several exciting world cities but I truly love Houston and I'm proud to work daily for my clients, helping them buy and sell Real Estate all over the metroplex. Most of my days are spent working with my wonderful clients, preparing homes to go on the market, chatting with other individuals in the realm of real estate, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts from Texas State University- San Marcos in 2005 and although I absolutely love art & design, I love Real Estate more & have been involved in Real Estate in one form or another since 2006. I currently live in the Briar Forest area of West Houston and finish my day by coming home to a super supportive husband, my two beautiful children, William & Abigail and a cat that wishes to remain anonymous.
