Prior to her career in Real Estate, Ms. Morales started her professional career in Investment Banking as an IT consultant. She eventually moved into company operation systems management for a period of time, until she moved up to Risk Management Director. During her time in Banking, Ms. Morales adopted excellent communication skills through the diverse pool of professionals and clients that she worked with. She also developed excellent project management skills as she facilitated team coercion, while maintaining quality and effectiveness. Before her career, she earned her bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Ms. Morales is also bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish. This will allow her to better serve Houston's Spanish speaking community. In her free time, Ms. Morales enjoys contributing to community service.
