Fifth-generation Texan and native Houstonian Anne Hamilton loves people, Houston and working in residential real estate sales. Anne’s warm, engaging manner immediately puts others at ease, inspires trust and opens communication. She is a valued advisor who works tirelessly to structure the best transaction for her client and smooth out the ups and downs of buying and selling real estate. They are the parents of two grown children, an artist in New York City and a graduating senior at Davidson College. Anne’s hobbies are travel, art appreciation, reading and international cuisine.

Wendy has lived in Houston for over 50 years. She initially got her Real estate license in the early 1980's and took some time to raise her family. She eagerly jumped back into residential real estate and loves finding the right property her clients can call home and selling when her clients are on the move. What Wendy enjoys most about being a Realtor are the lasting friendships that form when working with her clients.
When not working, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the Houston community, traveling and Broadway.

Kim Zander is a go-getter with a passion for real estate. A graduate of the University of Houston, Zander earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Science and Merchandising. Her background as a Senior Corporate Account Manager gave Zander national and international negotiations experience working with several Fortune 100 companies, including ExxonMobil, MW Kellogg, and Schlumberger. She continues to bring these leadership skills and accomplishments to the negotiating table, pairing them with her unique personal touch. An Illinois native, Zander has lived in Houston for more than 35 years and in the Memorial area for over 20 years, giving her a strong network of relationships. She loves to travel, watch sports, and work out, but mostly she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their three children, Jake, Ava, and Olivia, and their darling Labrador Retriever, Noa Belle Zander.
