She began her career in Seoul, South Korea in the advertisement and public relations industry. She has always been known for her great work ethic and dedication to meeting the clients' needs. In early 2000, she decided to move to the United States to live up to her dream of helping people. She received her BSN and MS degrees, and relocated to Houston. Now, she serves the Houston Medical Community as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist while consulting on real estate transactions and investment projects among medical professionals. Her passion for real estate stems from her entrepreneurial spirit and the ongoing interest in the investment field. For over 20 years, she has been involved in many projects from her family business. Currently, she focuses more on building rental portfolios to generate passive income. Cherie is a homegrown Texan. She grew up in the small Southeast Texas town of Anahuac. Cherie received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A & M University (Class of 1992) and a Master's Degree from Texas Woman's University (2001). Cherie became a teacher in 1996 and has been teaching physical education to students with special needs ever since.
