Growing up in the diverse city of Houston, Kristen has always had an appreciation for the charm and character of its many unique neighborhoods. Through an eagerness to explore the city, she moved around to various areas of Houston including Downtown, Museum District, and The Galleria Area, before landing in the Heights.
After attending Memorial High School she went on to graduate from the University of Houston with a major in Corporate Communications. Through her college career, she worked in high-rise management and soon after started a job as a project manager for a website development company. Kristen's experience in managing digital assets for companies across the country prepared her to handle unknown complexities, a skill she utilizes in real estate transactions. In addition, her background in web technology enhances her marketing skill set when listing a home.
In 1976 Kristen's grandfather formed a real estate business in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Considering Lake Charles is only two hours away from Houston, Kristen was immersed in the culture of the real estate industry. Her goal is to continue the tradition of excellence that her grandfather instilled in her. She works well with any given timeline and is always accessible to her clients. Kristen's attention to real estate activity and trends helps her offer the best guidance in decision-making.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys cooking, traveling, being outdoors, and most importantly, spending time with her family and friends.

Brandy has been passionate about real estate ever since she bought her home in Cypress. She spent a lot of time viewing homes online, researching home prices and generally following the market. It was not until she built their home in Magnolia that she decided she wanted to help others through the building, buying and selling process.

Their oldest graduated Valedictarian of her class of the Communication School at Texas Tech University. Their middle daughter graduated early in the top 10% of her class from Magnolia West Highschool and is now attending Lonestar Junior College and getting married this November 4th, 2022. Their son is a Junior in the International Baccalaureate program at Magnolia West. Brandy and her family are members of Community Of Faith and also enjoying volunteering in the community. When she is not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of their livestock, doing DIY projects, working in the yard and gardening.
