Polina graduated with a B.S in pre-med Biology after moving to the US at the age of 16. She continued her education and earned a master's degree in business, MBA. She was born in Europe and is a world traveler but she often jokes that she got to Texas as fast as she possibly could. It is the people and southern hospitality that she appreciates the most about living in the Lone Star State. Polina is very familiar with all of Greater Houston and the surrounding areas including Cypress, Katy, Bellaire, Downtown, Midtown, Pearland, Kingwood, Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Clear Lake and will be honored to help her clients with their real estate needs.

Evan is a real estate broker and owner of Evan Howell Properties a small firm that specializes in probate sales, seller representation and property management. Evan has lived in Houston since 1983 and has an undergraduate degree in engineering. Evan has been helping landlords and sellers for the past 30 years providing his clients with a high level of communication and expertise.

A resident of Houston's Memorial Area, Emiley Sepulvado comes from a family with deep roots in Texas.

Emiley decided to be a Realtor when she was in the fourth grade in her hometown of Austin, Texas. "I aspired to be like our next door neighbor whom I often helped with her networking parties for her friends in real estate," she says.
