While in the moving industry, Fred’s background in accounting, analytical approach, strong work ethic, and reliable nature rewarded him with a greater than 50-percent referral record. As a Realtor, he maintains an equally impressive repeat and referral business from satisfied clients.

Having completed over 400 successful residential and commercial real estate transactions, Fred and his wife, Cinda, have worked together as a top-producing real estate team since 1998 and are members of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence.
