Mr. Smith has multi-state real estate experience and is familiar with real estate and banking laws in over thirty states. He has represented large mortgage companies and has developed a thorough legal knowledge of all real estate transactions. Mr. Smith is an expert in technology and uses that experience to manage his trial and commercial lending docket and to provide consulting services to his clients. Prior to beginning his legal career he worked in commercial real estate as a licensed real estate broker. Steve is the broker and co-founder with Mary McBeth of Village Properties.

Ileana Olvera is a licensed Texas REALTOR® with Realty Texas. As a small business owner, Ileana saw the need for trusted real estate professionals and knew she could be of service to help her clients buy and sell their homes.
Ileana Armenta grew up in Guadalajara Jal Mexico and is bilingual in Spanish. After relocating to the Katy/Houston, Texas area, Ileana has gained knowledge as a local to navigate the real estate markets in these areas. She is proficient in helping people relocate and finding them a great place to call home.
When she is not helping clients buy, sell, or lease, Ileana loves to spend time with her family and watch her son play sports.
