Andrea Bauer learned from the best. She began her career in real estate working for two top producers in high-end, highly competitive independent real estate firms. Andrea absorbed the importance of staying on top of the market and making a total commitment to her clients. Andrea is conversant with the neighborhoods of the greater Houston area but focuses on Memorial, Tanglewood, Spring Valley, River Oaks, West University and the Museum District.

A resident of Hunters Creek Village, Andrea grew up in the Memorial Villages. She graduated from Duchesne Academy and received a degree in marketing from Texas Christian University. When not selling real estate, Andrea enjoys tennis and volunteers for her children’s schools, Memorial High School and Spring Branch Middle School.

He has often been recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the top producing Realtors in the greater Houston area. He is experienced in both residential and commercial real estate. Richard worked numerous years with one of the largest home builders in the United States as a sales manager, general sales manager while also heading the companies investment (resale) property division. Richard believes in offering the highest level of service in the industry. He is most proud that after all these years of service in the industry, the children of past clients are now coming to him for their real estate needs.

I'm a proud native Houstonian and ninth-generation Texan and excited to share what I love about this great city. As a former elementary school teacher, my skills in communication and attention to detail help keep my clients and transactions organized and on track. My experience has taught me the value of premiere customer service and the importance of identifying and achieving client goals.

I truly enjoy connecting with people and nurturing lifelong relationships. Whether it's a first-time home-buyer, growing family or empty nester, meeting the unique needs of each client is my highest priority. Working with investors is also a lot of fun. My husband Rob and I have been married for 33 years and have two daughters, one son-in-law and two fabulous granddaughters! When not working, I enjoy family time, friends, traveling, college football and Astros baseball. I am not ashamed to admit I am "crazy fangirl" over Orbit, the Astros Mascot.
