Fifth-generation Texan and native Houstonian Anne Hamilton loves people, Houston and working in residential real estate sales. Anne’s warm, engaging manner immediately puts others at ease, inspires trust and opens communication. Anne listens carefully to seek out the perfect property for her buyers. When representing a buyer, Anne’s primary goal is to find that house located on a special street in a neighborhood that the client will be excited to make their new home. When representing a seller, she is focused on getting the word out to all markets, both local and international, and bringing the highest possible price and most qualified buyer to a successful closing.

Anne attended Texas A & M University and is a proud Aggie graduate with a degree in accounting. After graduation, she worked as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. Anne made a career change to event catering and was a co-founder of FitzGibbs Catering. She loved creating fabulous food and serving her clients in their homes - and it was excellent experience for servicing her real estate clients.

Now a veteran agent and Circle of Excellence member, she loves being with a brokerage that is known for “white glove service” and representing the finest properties in all price categories. Anne cares about giving back to Houston and sharing her many blessings and is an active community volunteer and donor. Anne is a past board member of Holly Hall Christian Retirement Community and a founding board member of One Hundred Shares, Houston. She was a member of The Junior League of Houston and National Charity League. She and her husband, an attorney, are very active at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church. They are the parents of two grown children, an artist in New York City and a graduating senior at Davidson College. Anne’s hobbies are travel, art appreciation, reading and international cuisine.

Brandy has been passionate about real estate ever since she bought her home in Cypress. She spent a lot of time viewing homes online, researching home prices and generally following the market. It was not until she built their home in Magnolia that she decided she wanted to help others through the building, buying and selling process.

Her goal with every client is to make the process of buying or selling as smooth as possible for them. We all know this can be a very stressful time. She will go above and beyond for her clients by keeping them informed and doing whatever it takes to get the job done, whether it's helping to pack, clean, and/or home staging.

She is a graduate of University of Houston with a degree in Education. She taught high school Special Ed. prior to starting her family. She also taught preschool at United Methodist church in Cypress. Her husband is a graduate of Stephan F. Austin University and they have three children. Their oldest graduated Valedictarian of her class of the Communication School at Texas Tech University. Their middle daughter graduated early in the top 10% of her class from Magnolia West Highschool and is now attending Lonestar Junior College and getting married this November 4th, 2022. Their son is a Junior in the International Baccalaureate program at Magnolia West. Brandy and her family are members of Community Of Faith and also enjoying volunteering in the community. When she is not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of their livestock, doing DIY projects, working in the yard and gardening.

After more than a decade in public accounting as a licensed CPA, Jennifer is applying her analytical skills and eye for detail to the residential real estate market. Born and raised in our great city, Jennifer is a native Houstonian. A proud graduate of Stratford High School, Jennifer is also a proud Aggie! Graduating magna cum laude from the Mays Business School, Jennifer earned a master's degree in finance and an undergraduate degree in accounting. Jennifer was a member and Recruitment Chairman of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Always social, Jennifer is a great communicator and has a passion for people. She has the skills it takes to truly understand her clients' needs and will ensure that their expectations are met every time. Jennifer enjoys volunteering thru her membership at the Junior League of Houston and has served in many Charity Ball committee positions. Additionally, Jennifer is always involved in neighborhood and community activities, keeping her pulse on what's happening around town.
