She gained invaluable knowledge as both an accountant for real estate developers and a Forensic Accountant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Mary has lived and worked both inside the Loop and Memorial. Passionate about preserving the historic nature of these iconic locales, she has lived in and restored numerous vintage homes.

Mary earned her B.S. in Accounting and graduated from the Forensic Accountant training program at the FBI academy in Quantico, VA. Focused on Investments now, Mary is happily retired and happy to refer past clients to fellow Realtors.

Richard Orellana, Houston native has been a Texas-certified CPA since 1998.  He holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston.  His genuine interest in helping others doesn't end with business, either as he has passion for volunteering and giving back to our community.  

Richard hosts an annual Diaper Drive in December for the Houston Area Women's Center which has collected just over 265,000 Diapers since 2013.  He led the team that initiated an annual event at the Houston Food Bank in honor of the 9/11 National Day of Service that by its 5th year reached over 1,000 volunteers on one day.  He has served on the United Way Young Leaders Council and is a graduate of the UW Project Blueprint program.  He has served on the Board of Directors for the UH Bauer College Alumni Association, UH Hispanic Alumni Association and ALPFA - Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting and chaired the Public Relations Committee for the Houston CPA Society.  He has mentored several UH students through the UH Hispanic Business Student Association (HBSA) Mentorship Program.  He has served in many volunteer capacities for various nonprofits including (Big Brothers and Big Sisters, I Have a Dream, Ronald McDonald House) and a court appointed advocate for Child Advocates.  He has also completed numerous marathons and 2 Ironman Triathlons.

A Houston native raised in The Woodlands, Bobby grew up attending open houses with his grandmother, a Keller Williams agent at the time, and was her dedicated copilot and navigator. This experience ingrained in him a deep passion for real estate, but it wasn't until getting his license in 2012 and selling his first home, the one he was raised in, that he began to understand the transformative power, and associated responsibility, of helping others through the medium of realty.
