Prior to joining JPAR Sears Group, Thuraya worked in retail for over 30 years, specializing in Sales and Marketing. As a Senior Regional Visual Manager, she was able to increase revenue for multi-million-dollar retail businesses. After 2020, Thuraya decided to join forces with her husband, Taisir Sarage, in the Real Estate business and they founded the Sarage Property Group LLC.
