I come from a family where we invest into real estate where I then grew love into joining the real estate industry and become a relator on my own to help others do the same. A born-and-bred Houstonian, Laura Chiles brings a great deal of patience and a vast range of Texas knowledge to Greenwood King Properties. In her “past life,” she was a licensed social worker, bettering the lives of others at Texas Children’s Hospital, SEARCH Homeless Project and The Gladney Center for Adoption. As a social worker, Laura wore a smile each day and honed her extraordinary service and negotiation skills – the same skills that make her a natural fit for the real estate industry.

It’s not just Laura’s professional experience that gives her the edge as a Realtor. Laura’s civic involvement has taught her to be a true team player and has provided her with a remarkable network of contacts and resources. She is currently involved with Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Friends for Life (Memorial Hermann Hospital volunteer group), Young Texans Against Cancer and Friends of the Boys & Girls Clubs. She is also an alumna of Pi Beta Phi Sorority and an active member of St. Luke’s Methodist Church.

When Laura isn’t on the road with clients or volunteering her time and energy to help others, she enjoys traveling the globe, reading, doing anything outside and carousing with her dog, Phoebe.

For 10 years Susan was immersed in early childhood education which sharpened her relationship skills and cemented the love she has for people. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Oklahoma where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. Her past and present volunteer activities include Junior League of Houston, National Charity League-Bayou Villages, Confirmation Leader and a member of the Vestry at St. Francis Episcopal Church and Kappa Alpha Theta Alumni. She is married and mother to two daughters. One is a student at St. Agnes and the other is at the University of Oklahoma.

Originally from The Woodlands, Realtor associate Mindy Voyles moved to Houston in 2000, with her husband Adam and their children.  They landed in Briargrove (which they loved) and later moved to the Memorial Villages where they put down roots.  Though she was busy raising three kids and volunteering at schools, she also started doing accounting work for small businesses. "I have always been very detailed oriented and budget conscious.  I have a business degree from SMU with a minor in Mathematics, so doing accounting work for small businesses has been a good fit for me," says Mindy.  Working with business owners to help them stay organized, on budget and on track with their financial goals gives Mindy a unique perspective and appreciation of clients' budgetary needs.  Mindy's interest in real estate has evolved over the years through her experiences of buying and selling homes of her own, remodeling, and building new.  "I love every aspect and stage of the home buying and selling process - from finding the perfect move-in-ready home to an existing property with great potential to the clean slate of a lot.  With my accounting background, attention to detail and competitive drive, my clients will benefit whether they are looking to sell their home or finding their dream home - or both!"
