Before her illustrious real estate career, her corporate journey included promotions at a top radio station, followed by working in sales & marketing roles in the cable television field (The Weather Channel, The Travel Channel, and Fox Family Channel).

Outside of real estate, Annie enjoys an active lifestyle. You can find her walking at Memorial Park, cycling along Buffalo Bayou, or indulging in water and snow skiing. Golf has become her latest hobby, and she cherishes every opportunity to travel and escape to the mountains in the summer. Annie's appreciation for live music, delightful get-togethers with friends, cooking, and wine tastings rounds out her vibrant life.

Wendy has lived in Houston for over 50 years. She initially got her Real estate license in the early 1980's and took some time to raise her family. She eagerly jumped back into residential real estate and loves finding the right property her clients can call home and selling when her clients are on the move. What Wendy enjoys most about being a Realtor are the lasting friendships that form when working with her clients.
When not working, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the Houston community, traveling and Broadway.

As she became more involved with many of his properties and projects, Marian decided to become licensed as a Realtor, and is now focused on helping her clients buy and sell investment properties. Marian greatly enjoys being involved with her children's school activities in fund raising and volunteering. Marian and her husband have three boys, and she enjoys spending quality time with her family. She specializes in assisting clients who are relocating to Houston. Marian looks forward to working with luxury home clients, relocations, and first-time home buyers in the communities of Memorial, Tanglewood, Galleria, inner loop, Katy and in West Houston.
